Documentatiecentrum Walburgiskerk Zutphen
Het documentatiecentrum is gevestigd in de prachtige plondercamer van de Walburgiskerk en is toegankelijk voor iedereen met belangstelling voor religie, theologie, de Librije, het Henrick Bader-orgel, religieuze geschiedenis, kerkelijke architectuur en aanverwante onderwerpen.
Het documentatiecentrum biedt belangstellenden de gelegenheid om te studeren, informatie in te winnen en unieke documenten te raadplegen. Onder ‘belangstellenden’ verstaan wij onder andere de gidsen van de Walburgiskerk, studenten, promovendi, medewerkers van de Gemeente Zutphen, Erfgoed Zutphen, Erfgoed Gelderland en overige geïnteresseerden.
Let op
De collectie is uitsluitend ter plaatse te raadplegen. Uitleen van boeken, documenten of ander archiefmateriaal is niet mogelijk. Alle materialen blijven te allen tijde aanwezig in het documentatiecentrum en kunnen uitsluitend worden ingezien in de plondercamer. Bezoekers wordt verzocht zorgvuldig om te gaan met het aanwezige materiaal.
Bezoek op afspraak
Een bezoek aan het documentatiecentrum is alleen mogelijk op afspraak. Wij verzoeken u ten minste één week van tevoren contact op te nemen via info@walburgiskerk.nl. Bij aankomst en vertrek dient u zich te melden bij de consistorie van de Walburgiskerk. Dit om teleurstelling te voorkomen wanneer de plondercamer gesloten is vanwege een vergadering of andere bijeenkomst.
Documentation Centre Walburgis Church Zutphen
The documentation center is located in the beautiful ‘plonderkamer’ of the Walburgiskerk and is open to anyone interested in religion, theology, the Librije, the Henrick Bader organ, religious history, ecclesiastical architecture, and related subjects.
The documentation centre offers interested parties the opportunity to study, gather information and consult unique documents. By “interested parties” we refer to the Walburgiskerk guides, students, PhD candidates, employees of the Municipality of Zutphen, staff from Erfgoed Zutphen, Erfgoed Gelderland and all other interested individuals.
Please note
The collection is for on-site consultation only. Lending of books, documents or other archival materials is not possible. All materials must remain in the documentation centre at all times and may only be consulted in the plondercamer. Visitors are kindly asked to handle all materials with care.
Visits by appointment only
Visiting the documentation centre is possible by appointment only. Please contact us at least one week in advance via info@walburgiskerk.nl. Upon arrival and departure, visitors must report to the church consistory. This helps avoid disappointment in case the plondercamer is closed due to meetings or other events.
